We re-opened The Sirloin in July 2016 because we wanted to do things better. Locally owned and locally run, we wanted to celebrate the very best that Lancashire has to offer – sourcing the very best local produce to create outstanding food, served with a great range of premium spirits, craft beers and local ales, and doing so in the most famous pub in Lancashire.
This 17th Century former coach-house deserves greatness, after all, it has a past fit for a King. To honour this, we have worked with one of the UK’s top butchers to create a steak menu that befits the name, and we invite you to join us and feast like royalty.
Whether sitting by the fire grabbing a bite in the bar or eating in style in the restaurant, the Sirloin is the must-visit pub for 2018.
We’re listening to the regulars, who have missed having live music, great guest ales, and a dog-friendly local – so we’ve brought it all back. All of it. And we’re always making improvements.
On behalf of everyone here at the Sirloin, we look forward to seeing you here soon.
Adam & Lucia.
